Working Hours

You will be required to work during the Company’s normal business hours of 9am to 6.00pm (40 hours per week, excluding one hour for lunch). You may be required to work beyond these hours as the Company shall require based on business needs. Your remuneration package is calculated on the basis that you will work as necessary during as well as outside normal business hours in order properly to perform your duties. Accordingly, you will not be paid for any additional hours worked outside normal business hours.

Under the Working Time Regulations there are certain restrictions on the number of hours that an employee can work or be required to work. It is not anticipated that you would be asked to work in excess of 48 hours on average in any 17-week rolling period. However, from time to time it may be that you could be asked to do this. By signing this agreement, you are therefore agreeing to undertake this, if required. You can change your mind about this by giving the Company three months’ notice in writing to the directors. If you do not want to give this consent, then please delete this paragraph by striking it out from the agreement. You have the opportunity to talk about your working hours with the directors at any time.
