Probation
The first three months of your employment will be a probationary period. At any point during your probationary period, either you or the Company can end your employment by giving one week’s notice to the other in writing. If you satisfactorily complete the probationary period, your employment will be confirmed in writing, at which point your probationary period will end. Your probationary period will only end when formal notice has been given to you confirming its ending. The Company reserves the right to extend your probationary period at its discretion; you will be told how long any such extension is anticipated to be.
