Who We Are
Doza Consulting is a software consultancy based in Leeds, England, though you'll find our team working from all over. We're here to deliver meaningful work with clients who value quality, collaboration, and innovation. Whether it's a startup finding its feet or an enterprise navigating complex challenges, we bring the same energy: build great things with great people.
Our Story
Back in March 2023, five of us took the leap and founded Doza. We'd all worked together at Infinity Works, tackling complex projects for some of the biggest names in the UK and beyond. When that company sold, we went our separate ways into contracting for a bit, but something was missing. We wanted to combine the expertise and scale we'd gained at a global consultancy with something more personal, more nimble, more us.
So we started Doza with a simple mission: work on projects that matter, with people we respect, and build a consultancy that feels different. Since then, we've grown from those original five founders to a team of over 30 talented engineers and consultants.
Our Journey
What We Do
We work across industries and client types, from agile startups and scale-ups to established enterprises and public sector organisations. Our focus is on delivering real value through custom software development, cloud solutions, data and AI, and digital transformation. But more than the tech stack or the sector, what matters to us is working on projects where we can make a genuine impact.
Our Culture
From day one, we've been intentional about building a place where people actually want to work. That means being collaborative, innovative, flexible, and always learning. It also means celebrating the wins together, whether that's nailing a difficult project or spending a week in the French Alps on our annual ski trip (over half the company joined us this year).
Our teams run hack nights to experiment with new ideas, Bob Ross paint-along socials for a bit of creative fun, LAN parties for the gamers, and even tackle obstacle courses like Total Warrior together. We bought a ping pong table when we moved into our first proper office, then outgrew that space in less than a year and had to move again to accommodate our growing team. These aren't just perks, they're part of who we are.
But here's the thing: we don't just hire people who are fun to be around. We hire talented, driven engineers who do brilliant work for their clients. The culture we've built is about bringing your whole self to work, doing meaningful projects, learning constantly, and being surrounded by people who push you to be better.
