We are dedicated to continuous quality improvement and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that reflects industry best practices and our commitment to delivering outstanding software consultancy services. Our systematic approach to quality management ensures that our commitments are both meaningful and consistently delivered across all client engagements. This Quality Policy applies to all business functions, activities, services, premises, and all employees, contractors, and representatives and demonstrates our unwavering commitment to quality excellence in every aspect of our software consultancy practice.

Responsibilities

The Directors have approved this Quality Policy.

Overall responsibility for Quality Management rests with the QMS Manager, who is accountable for implementation, compliance with professional standards, documentation, training, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our consultancy practices.

Day-to-day responsibility for quality performance lies with Directors and Project Managers, who must ensure compliance at operational level across all client engagements.

All employees and contractors acting on behalf of Doza Consulting have a duty to maintain professional quality standards, comply with relevant procedures and coding standards, and report any quality concerns or non-conformances without delay.

Quality considerations are integrated into all business planning, client contracts, technology partnerships, and daily consultancy activities, alongside other key aspects such as Environmental Management, Health & Safety, Information Security, and AI Management.


Scope

This policy applies to all Doza Consulting operations, employees, contractors, and supply chain activities under our control. It extends to client sites and remote working arrangements where Doza Consulting provides software consultancy services.


Policy Review

This Quality Policy will be reviewed at least annually, or sooner if required, to ensure continued relevance to our consultancy practice, client expectations, and evolving software industry standards. Updates and improvements will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders.
