Commitment to Environmental Responsibility

Doza Consulting recognises its responsibility to protect the environment and is committed to conducting its activities in a sustainable and responsible manner. We are dedicated to continuous environmental improvement and have adopted a phased, iterative approach to developing our Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14005 guidelines. This structured methodology will guide our progression toward full ISO 14001:2015 compliance, ensuring that our environmental commitments are both achievable and meaningful. This Environmental Policy applies to all business functions, activities, services, premises, and all employees, contractors, and representatives and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship at every stage of our growth.


Policy Aims

We are committed to the following principles:

  • Identifying and complying with all applicable environmental legislation, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Meeting or exceeding the environmental obligations of our clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.

  • Minimising pollution, emissions, and waste arising from our activities, products, and services.
  • Promoting efficient use of natural resources, energy, and raw materials.
  • Encouraging reuse, recycling, and recovery wherever possible.

  • Protecting biodiversity, ecosystems, and local communities affected by our operations.
  • Supporting initiatives that contribute to climate change mitigation and adaptation.
  • Promoting sustainable procurement and responsible sourcing practices.

  • Setting, monitoring, and reviewing measurable environmental objectives and targets.
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement within the EMS to enhance environmental performance.
  • Regularly reviewing this policy to ensure its ongoing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness.
  1. Awareness and Engagement
  • Providing training and raising awareness among employees, contractors, and partners to ensure they understand their environmental responsibilities.
  • Encouraging employee involvement and innovation in environmental improvement initiatives.
  • Engaging openly with stakeholders, clients, and the wider community about our environmental commitments and performance.

Responsibilities

  • The Directors have approved this Environmental Policy.
  • Overall responsibility for Environmental Management rests with the EMS Manager, who is accountable for implementation, legal compliance, documentation, training, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  • Day-to-day responsibility for environmental performance lies with Directors, who must ensure compliance at operational level.
  • All employees and contractors acting on behalf of Doza Consulting have a duty to safeguard environmental assets, comply with relevant procedures, and report any environmental concerns or incidents without delay.
  • Environmental considerations are integrated into all business planning, contracts, partnerships, and daily activities, alongside other key aspects such as Quality and Health & Safety.

Scope

This policy applies to all Doza Consulting operations, employees, contractors, and supply chain activities under our control. It extends to client and partner sites where Doza Consulting has operational responsibility.


Policy Review

This Environmental Policy will be reviewed at least annually, or sooner if required, to ensure continued relevance to our business activities, stakeholder expectations, and environmental legislation. Updates and improvements will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders.
