Benefits
The Company reserves the right to vary, limit or discontinue the provision of any benefits, or the rules of the relevant scheme, including any eligibility criteria, at its discretion with no compensation. Your entitlement to take up any benefits will be subject to the acceptance of your application for membership of the relevant scheme. All applications will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable scheme rules from time to time. The benefits currently offered by the Company are listed on the Perks & Benefits page.
Pension
You will be auto-enrolled into the Pension Scheme as per government legislation. Further information is detailed in the Company’s Pension Plan document, which is available upon request.
Doza will match up to a 5% contribution. The minimum total required percentage is 8% which means you can contribute a minimum of 4%.
